Phil,

With VA/Java you get 1.2 whether you want it or not.  I have used Xerces
with Java 1.2 & 1.3.  I would not use any java release less than 1.2.2 at
this time.

I found the download at xml.apache.org.  Is there a minimum JDK it requires?

I'll download and import it into VAJ and if I have problems I'll post them.
