    As an update, these reports have proved false.  Although there has
not been any word released about the possibility of bombs being
found, no explosions have occurred at either of these sites.

    The federal government has released all of their workers at once,
and this is causing tremendous confusion and even panic downtown as
people try to leave and some of the bridges out of town are closed.
In some cases, witnesses are confusing the sound of fighter jets with
bomb explosions.
