Are you in that area ?

I can only imagine what a logistics nightmare it must be. In addition to the
medical evacuations, rescue crews and equipment, etc., telling folks to leave
the area, when a great deal of the commuters ride the trains and subways, when
the subways have been shutdown... what a Catch-22 - ugh
