Patrick, CFINTx has 2 different functions - one is doing something for interrupt handling, and the other is the governor function. Usually when the governor function kicks in on a server type machine the percentage is not in the teens, it's well above 50%. I think you're probably only seeing the "sort of legitimate" function of the thing on your machine.
