        Arch is having all sorts of issues absorbing PageNot, I understand
they missed a
debit payment recently and may be forced into Chapter 11 for protection.
BUT, I have
not confirmed this personally. !!

         I do know that I have had multiple issues with Arch POP modem
connections all
 across the US, and there WCTP implementation is still "beta" while they
continue to
refuse to do an open SNPP gateway !!!

        Anyway, LXI may be stubborn with you, but Arch does deserve some of
the blame...
