Yeah, but, SAVCHGOBJ isn't necessarily saving entire libraries, is it?
Only objects that are changed in a given library, I thought.  If so,
then there would have to be some mechanism on the SAV/RST-CHGOBJ that
recognizes that an object was deleted since the last SAVLIB (full save
of the library).
