> So why is your router having problems with Code Red ? It isn't infected but > rather getting hammered or something ? My router, a Cisco 678, has a bug where ... even though the web configuration is disabled, it still accepts requests on port 80 and the code red request (which I've gotten hit with numerous times) crashes the router such that I have to cycle power on it. Turn around time should inmprove even more when I start receiving my own mail instead of relying on a UUCP provider (although I'm going to keep my new provider as a backup). david +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
