I used a product called JDA, based in Phoenix, AZ a few years back.
They covered all these applications at the time, but I do not know 
their current status, or cost.  The retailer here in St. Louis was
GrandPa's stores - no longer in business, but sold to the Value City
chain / and some resources were used to form the Deals chain.

I can supply references if you need, Don.
