Are you nuts...the tower G4's and the Titanium's are gorgeous! True, the
iMacs are kind of ugly. You should NEVER buy a computer by the way it
looks...

What surprised me was the number of people willing to get bent!

The desktop operating system market is such a quagmire. Just last Saturday I
was over at a friends house and the subject of the MS lawsuit came up. "That
doesn't involve me," he said. "I didn't even look at a Microsoft computer. I
bought a Dell."

Imagine the difficulty trying to get that guy to move to a different
platform. I asked him if he had looked at a Mac. "No, I think they're ugly."
