Sounds like your UPS data cable is plugged into your AS400 UPS monitor port. This is a warning that is generated when the UPS signals the AS400 that it is running on battery. Is anyone working on the UPS? Has any one recently change the UPS self test settings? Are you experience lots of short power glimpses? Did someone plug something into the AS400s UPS monitor port that is not an UPS? HTH Christopher K.
