Jim, A "SAVE 21" is the best you can do for backing up the AS/400. It gets *everything*. If all your DASD suffered a meltdown, your "SAVE 21" backup and your MULIC tape/CD puts you back in business. (Disaster Recovery is obviously much more complicated than that, but this was specifically answering the "backup policy" question.)
