  I wouldn't hold my breath here. Our customers have had terrible luck
with these drives and while BCC has tried to correct problems
resolutions have been slow or non-existant.  

  I do have one customer with 4 of these 17G drives running in a 170
with 2741 controller. (Although they had to get TEN drives shipped in to
get four to work...)

  Remember these are IBM DRIVES (the spinning parts), but BCC
Controllers and code. Not the same.
