RE: Performance Review

What I am seeing is all these corporate slogans that only mean something
when things happen for the good.  When it's bad, no longer is there "shared
responsibility."  It's all one person's fault.

Also, the less someone knows, the bigger their title seems to be.  And the
bigger the font they use in their emails for their signature (mainly the
title).

It is sad.  It's a sign of the times.  I keep looking for four horses... I'm
ready.
