system switched off

When I came to work today, our AS400 was powered off,
UPS was powered off. There was no power outage during
weekend. I switched both on and looked at log.
There are some usual messages from Friday and then
only messages from today when I IPLed. But the first
one is this

in msgq of *SYSOPR it is right BEFORE IPL message

   Error occurred while processing object QSZPAVLI in
library QUSRSYS. 
   IPL from machine area  #MACH#B.

What is it ? Should I worry ? Has anybody any
explanation why it was powered off ? (besides some
ugly person just pressing buttons ?)
