With your information I have been able to get the program to extract the
system time with milliseconds.


              53  V001 D** Time Stamp.
         54  V001 D TSTAMP          S               Z
         55  V001 D

       117  V001 C** Format the Send Date/Time
     118  V001 C                   TIME                    TSTAMP

 Debug . . .

 F3=End program   F6=Add/Clear breakpoint   F10=Step   F11=Display variable
 F12=Resume       F17=Watch variable   F18=Work with watch   F24=More keys


 TSTAMP = '2001-03-07-08.58.22.267000'

I had been though the archives but could not find the answer.
