Thanks Kirk. I saw in the V4R5 System Builder that it was a valid upgrade
path with no steps.

The RISC to RISC manual says "NO" but the manual I trust, the Software
Install says 4.1 to 4.5 to a valid single step upgrade

We have a model 620 and are considering the upgrade from V4R1 to V4R5, and
I'm having trouble finding out whether or not this is an upgrade path or
if
this is a step upgrade, i.e. V4R1 to V4R3, then to V4R5. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
