I remember having to add products manually to the install list for V4R4.
Maybe that is what you need to do. Sorry I can't tell you exactly how
because IBM won't let me fake being in the middle of an install, so I can't
try it myself. As I recall, go into Modify Previously Generated List, then
when it shows you the list, you can actually do a "1" (or whatever "Add" is)
on the top line and type in the product number yourself on the line next to
the "1" (something like that). I don't remember whether it will ask you for
the media or not. Anyway it is worth a shot.
