Morning,

IBM Is being there usual helpless self, so I though I would turn
here. I am trying to upgrade a 170 from V4R3 to V4R4 and having a problem
with the upgrade process. The biggest issue for me is that the products
5716-CL1, and 5763-CL2 are both on the "Not Found" list as they have been
replaced by 5769-CL3.

Well, even though I have a CD listing the 5769-CL3 software, I can
not get the Build Installation List process to recognize that the software
is on the CD, along with number of other products. I also tried a rstlicpgm
without much success. I do not have support line, and can not seem to get
warranty support for this install...

Anyone else having these kind of issues, have any answers short of a
scratch install ??
