We use IBM's SC/400 product and are relatively pleased with it.

Personally, I've been very interested in some of the Notes based help packages
like GWIHelpDesk, etc.

SC/400 is a green screen kind of product and we have used it for over 5 years.
The reason for something Notes based is things like attachments and
workflow........

I'm currently evaluation a few help desk programs for our company, so far
nothing I have been impressed with (only evaluated two so far).

Does anyone use any helpdesk software they are happy with and can give me a
recomendation?

I would prefer it to run on the AS/400, of course, but that is not a strict
requirement. Something that doesn't run on the AS/400 will have to be head
above heals over an AS/400 solution, however.

Jim Langston
