1.      What security level are you running.  If you are running Level 20 
(or lower) anyone could have deleted it.

2.      Check to see that you have the program product 5769PW1 
loaded.  STRISDB is either a part of option 1, or the *BASE of that product.

3.      If it is loaded, see if you have a STRISDB in library QIXA, and if 
you do, duplicate it into QSYS.

4.      Last but not least, reload 5769PW1 from CD, but you will likely 
have to re-cum your system to make everything work correctly.
