Yes. You are compiling using CRTBNDRPG PDM option 14 and
not the combination of CRTRPGMOD (PDM option 15, and others)
and CRTPGM. Either way the module is already bound into the
program and you do not need the actual module (*MOD) object
on your production machine, therefore the library is irrelevant.
The reason that it says QTEMP on CRTBNDRPG is that the *MOD is
created in QTEMP, bound into the *PGM, and then the module is
deleted. Understand?

Subject: ILE question

Not being an ILE expert, I thought I would go to the experts. (yes, a little
suck up)

When we create our ILE programs, all of the DSPPGMs look like this.

 Program creation date/time . . . . . . . . . . . . : 03/23/00 11:56:15
 Type of program . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : ILE

 Program entry procedure module . . . . . . . . : INT815RG
   Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
   QTEMP
 Activation group attribute . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *CALLER

Is the QTEMP location valid and why??
