Re: Operations Console/Remote Control Panel

I have Ops Console up and running, but it's not doing what I expected/hoped.

When we leave on Friday, we start a program at the console that waits until
Sunday, the goes into a restricted state and performs a complete backup.  I was
hoping Ops Console would let me dial in to the console to diagnose problems or
see the progress of the backup.

However, when I 'request control', the session on the console (DSP01) is
cancelled, and a new console session (for me at home) is started.

Perhaps I need PC Anywhere so I can 'see' what's happening on the 'original'
DSP01 session, rather than getting it cancelled.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Is Ops Console working as designed?
