Click on the little icon on the top left corner and you will get the menu
that has the options to minimize/maximize/etc.  At the bottom are options to
hide the toolbar or menu bar.  Also, if you have the menu bar hidden, this
menu has an option for the popup menu bar that allows you to get to any of
the menu options.  I have had all my emulation sessions without a menu bar
or toolbar for years and love it, a much cleaner looking screen and I can
get them back with a click if I want.
