The access paths are being built file in recovery by these jobs:
QDBSRV04
QDBSRV05
I also notice that there are more of these jobs on the system but they are
not actively doing anything.  These are the list:
QDBSRVXR
QDBSRVXR2
QDBSRV01
QDBSRV02
QDBSRV03
Anyone with knowledge why some are active while the rest are dormant?
