For what it's worth:
 When we moved a system from OS/400 V3R2 to V4R4, the first question ASC
asked when I called to get AbstractProbe upgraded was: "what security level
are you running". I told them "40" -- they sent a CD that we have been using
since we went live last month.

The last time I heard, ASC was making many of their products Level 40 
compliant.  Their original position was that IBM API's performed so poorly, 
they did not want to make their stuff L40 compliant, but clearly they felt 
market pressure, and upgraded their SEQUEL product.
