This is an answer to my own question (thanks to Mike Cassara at ASC):
When you install Abstract/Probe+ it detects your current security level. If
you subsequently change sec lvl (e.g., from 30 to 40), you simply reinstall.

Subject: Abstract/Probe+ on V4R3

Is there anybody out there who is running Abstract/Probe+ on V4R3 at
Security Level 40?

Our current Sec Lvl is 30, but we are logging object domain Authorization
Failures when using certain features of Abstract/Probe+. Which means that we
could not move to Sec Lvl 40 and still use these features.

I have contacted ASC about it, but they have done nothing more than
acknowledge my reporting of the problem.
