Check out Ascent Solutions at http://www.asizip.com/

Their zip/unzip product is supposedly compatible with PKzip 2.04g and
therefore compatible with all of the other products that are compatible with
2.04g.

I don't have it, but I've looked at some of the information about it on
their website.  You can download a 30-day evaluation version, so you could
see if it works before shelling out money.
