Sandeep:
FTP is pretty easy.  Go to a DOS prompt and type FTP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxx (ip
address).  It will ask for your user name and pwd.  Then do a cd libname to
change to the proper AS400 lib.
Do an LCD \myfolder to change your local (PC) directory to where your PC
file is.
do a PUT filename to transfer the file to the AS400.

Be sure FTP is started on your AS400.  To start it do a STRTCPSVR *FTP.
