There is no object of type *FILE involved in either of the parameters, so I 
don't think it can be the CALL QRCVDTAQ itself that gives you a problem. Try to 
turn on max logging - LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) LOGCLPGM(*YES) and investigate further.

I don't know nothing about Data Trader.
