She has all object authority and can sign on just not connect.  I copied her
account and the copy works fine.  I deleted her account and copied the copy
back with her old username and it works, but I still have no idea what the
original problem was.

She should not need WRKDIRE to access the Client Access router, check the
authorities on the virtual device, (is she restricted to certain terminals?)
and
check the authorities for subsystem QSYSWRK, job QZSOSIGN, and User profile
QUSER, to see if she has the authority to use these objects.

A particular user on our system (600e at V4R2M0) is unable to connect to the
400.  The user can sign on to a terminal or a connected client access
session.  However, she cannot connect a client access sesion.  Can anyone
offer any suggestions?
