AS/400 installations in the Washington DC area?

Help!

We are in the midst of a significant proposal for a new Motor Vehicle 
industry .com company in Alexandria, VA.

We have received a sales objection that "They aren't aware of anyone that 
is using the AS/400 (especially in eBusiness) in the greater Washington, DC 
area & don't want to commit to a platform that they can't readily staff".

Can you help me find some significant DC area AS/400 references that I can 
use to squash the objection!

Please reply to the address in my signature below ... I use the "MM"
