We've had the discussion as to why more programmers don't move to RPG IV, etc. 
before.  As I recall, the main reason was that the ERP software that many 
companies purchased is written in RPG III which is therefore the standard.  A 
second note is that not all companies are going into e-commerce.  E-commerce 
isn't right for every company and that is where most of the new toys are.
