The point is, I wouldn't run windows if I could help it.
And you can believe me, if I had an AS/400 at home,
I would connect it via PPP or xDSL to the internet,
and you would see all the internet clients as shareware
for AS/400's real fast.

I would first write a true e-mail client (like netscape
mail or Eudora pro works), HTML browser (sans
pictures), newsgroup reader, IRC client, etc...

I love programming internet clients, and have written
my own for Windows many times, but since there
are so many out there, I don't feel there's a need.

I feel there is a need on AS/400's, albeight a small one,
and so wouldn't feel I would be wasting my time by
writing them.
