Michelle, I think you might be referring to the Service Director feature. If so, go to a command line and enter CHGSD, then prompt the command with F4. On the second page of parameters, you will see the the PTF monitoring options. For the complete set of management options available to you for Service Director, check out the product's menu using "GO SERVICE".
