If you are NOT doing the SAV you do NOT have a recoverable backup/system !!!!

This "snuck" in and it was a month of so before I noticed it back when it first
came out (because we had always been manually doing the SAVSYS, SAVLIB *NONSYS
and SAVDLO) - it scared me when I realized it was missing !!!

SAV is the IFS stuff !!!
