The easiest way to scratch a system is either:

1.      Remove enough disk drives so that the system us 
unrecoverable.  This will likely involve two drives, and these drives are 
likely worthless enough that disposing of them separately is acceptable 
(*GARBAGE).

2.      Reinstall SLIC and take the option to scratch your system.  This 
requires punching in 24 in a CISC system (I seem to be doing this a lot 
recently), and there is a menu option (no, it's not 1) on a RISC system.

You really cannot delete QSYS.  Other dastardly deeds you could do to 
severely incapacitate the system include deleting the CALL command (don't 
forget QSYS38) or the IBM supplied classes.
