If you are taking down a computer...you can get rid of the QSYS library by
following the public instructions that used to be provided with every
AS/400.

I don't know if it works on current release levels but the deletion of a
certain program followed by a PWRDWNSYS *IMMED will remove QSYS including
all of its objects...

We've done this when a client wants to remove the operating system since the
license is no longer valid...
