Thank you for the heads up with NAT.  Current we are not using any NAT and
both system are plugged into the same hub.  I am looking into all those keep
alive times etc.

At a former company, we had a similar problem - the cause turned out to be
NAT, which doesn't (or at least didn't last year) work well with ANYNET.
It seems the Client Access keep alive timer (which apparently could not be
disabled) was causing sessions to drop - it would try to talk to the host,
but since NAT was changing addresses, it would time out.  IBM's only
solution was to turn off NAT (which we had told the client anyway).
