I'll grant you that it's not the "perfect" routine, but it is based on
some
pretty sound math and this routine in one form or another has been
around a
lot longer than RPG.. I would use the RPGIV myself, but remember, a LOT
of
code running is NOT RPGIV and this routine goes back to the S/3 as best
I 
can remember... I have NEVER seen the original routine fail and I have
tested
it a good number of times... I have seen it used incorrectly but
bugs...NO..

You need to remember..date math used to be a real pain in the whazooooo
and 
programmers are always looking for that magic that works...
