RE: ECS doesen't work

But note: this line description type will only work when the async modem
has been set to have DSR forced on. This happens to be the default for
most async modems but if you've used this async modem for a PPP link it
will have been reset to DSR norm and the line won't vary on - which
might cause even more confusion.
