Quite insidious, IMHO. Be still my heart... A MS product causing a computer problem.....Only Windows NT(Nice Try) could actually cause a 400 a problem.... Of course NT is the "commercial" version, so you can expect a quick fix for the problem... It will be called WIndows 2000(V999.000000000)....
