Actuall, CGI is fairly simple if you know HTML.  I have a set of
Subprocedures that make reading from Standard Input, Query String
Environment Variables, writing to standard output, and converting data to db
very easy.  With those, CGI is no more that a lot of string manipulation.

I have a VERY SIMPLE hello world example that only writes to standard output
if you want.  It's from my book that should be out late December, early
January.  I'm reading over the final manuscript now.
