First of all, this should be on the new Domino mailing list.

We are still running the R4 of Domino.  With that you get a box of yellow 
books.  One of these books in a thin little book about installing it on the 
400.  You do not use RSTLICPGM.  It's more closer related to the PC method 
of searching for the right directory on the CD and running the right program.  
I am not at my desk right now and can't look it up.  We've done several upgrades
and have not had any problems.
