I think you will find some "free-ware" around if you are looking to do
your own in this area. Perhaps Brad Stone has something. He posts in
this list, I believe.

There are software vendors (including us) who have commercial products
that are primarily based on the AS/400. Gumbo, RJS (?) and some others.
Our Alliance FTP Manager product will convert spool files to text or
html format and FTP them to a web server. You can get more info at
http://www.patownsend.com/FTPManager.htm.

Lastly, for really serious report-to-web publishing we've partnered with
Network Software Associates to provide web publishing of AS/400 reports.
