I have a customer that uses HTE software on an AS/400 V3R7 system. They have a 6400-CTA Printer attached via twinax and configured as IPDS. The issue is that when Bar Codes are printed on a statement form they are "To Large" (Long) for the requested format. The result is that the the code can not then be scanned by the cash register equipment used to process payments when the document comes back with the payment.

Has anyone run into this issue before ?? Any solution/options would be appreatiated Offline or Online.
