My point is this: If people are getting their jobs done ... WHO CARES?

If they're NOT ... time for discipline/firing.

I don't give a flip about this or that; I want results. I'm a shareholder; I
want profits.

I'm being EXTREME here in order to make a point; I am NOT upset. Really.

I have seen studies done on offices that just had email only and it was 
estimated that over 70% of the traffic was for personal
reasons(Jokes,cartoons,
football bets, etc,etc)

   Most larger companies use some sort of call accounting to limit the
   large amount of personal traffic(same reasons as email)

If this type of stuff offends you, you proably don't want to work for
a great many companies..
