Client Access not a Licensed Program? -- MIDRANGE-L

I must have missed something over the last couple of years. We're preparing 
to go to V4R3 from V4R1. Whenever we ordered a version upgrade before, we 
also always got new versions of the licensed programs. I know that with 
Version 4 the versioning of LPs changed and some LPs are not always updated 
with new versions. But I know there is a new version of Client Access and 
it was always included before in the upgrade order. Do you have to order it 
separately now?
