Some of the group ptf's create a data area once they are applied to indicate
this, plus the version installed.

For example, the Database group ptf puts a *dtaara in QSYS called SF99103,
showing the version installed.

The Hiper group ptf package works in a different way - it also puts a
*dtaara in qsys, but last 4 digits of the name change depending on the
version of the group ptf - QPZ1Axxxx.  The Cum ptf also does this, with
*dataara QPZ1Cxxxx

I have the Y2k ptf loaded but not yet applied (i've only just upgraded to
4.3 a couple of days ago) - i'm applying it at the weekend and will check to
see if a new *dtaara appears.
