*M36 PTF error

 I received a PTF from IBM.  This is for the *M36 (SSP 7.5).  The
instructions say to run:

PTF MCOPY,0006,ALL

 This generates:

PTF procedure is running
SYSTYPE procedure is running

SYS-3354  Options (   3 )
Invalid PTF function requested

 Has anyone run into this?  The regular PTF COPY and PTF APPLY seems to
have worked fine.
