Are you trying the actual licensed version or the most recent demo version.
I tried to get the most recent demo version working, but gave up. Just as
an experiment, I tried the demo version I got on a CD from the 98 Spring
COMMON and it worked fine. I was going to spend a little time getting up
to speed on Code/400 and VA/RPG so I could do a presentation to the
other AS/400 developers at QDS. Since this wasn't looking good, I'm
going to do a presentation on HTML at the July Tech Night and then CGI
using RPG/ILE at the August Tech Night. Maybe I'll try Code/400 or VA/RPG
again in the Fall.
